The Finalise and Print function will send the held order to the kitchen printer and then remove it from the held orders list.
You only need to use this function if a held orders remains in the system and you wish to finalise it, or if the operator forgets to use the last order function.
To use the Finalise and Print function, select a held order and press ‘Finalise & Print’.
A message box may appear that reads ‘Are you sure you wish to Finalise and Print this Order’. Select yes to print the order to the kitchen printer and remove the held order from the held orders list.
